Welcome to the first of the “ follow me!” video series: “it's time to eat!”

Eating is one of the very first milestones a child experiences.  From the moment your child is born, the milestone of eating begins and plays a critical role in their health and development.

“it's time to eat” was created to help children establish a positive attitude about food.  Our goal is to expose our viewers to a variety of child-friendly foods and make eating a playground, not a battle field.  Children can enjoy broccoli as much as a cookie – it's all in the attitude.

Real kids will be teaching your child about food.  From talking about their favorite foods, to actually eating them, our tiny guides will guide your child on an eating journey…

Your child will learn:

All About Mealtimes –   This section teaches children about each meal, from breakfast to dessert.  A variety of foods are explored to suit even the pickiest of eaters and inspire them to branch out and try new foods.  Each food presented is accompanied by lyrics and children talking about the foods to encourage children to learn about the foods they eat.

How We Eat at Different Ages and Stages– A section that explores how children eat as they grow and learn – from babies drinking a bottle to big kids using utensils! A great tool for exposing children to the different stages of learning how to eat.

All about our tinyguides kids favorite fruits and vegetables – A special section that highlights  kids' favorite fruits and vegetables.

With 3 exciting bonus features:

tinyguides Music Video – a full length music video showcasing all the beautiful ways kids help each other explore different  milestones as they learn and grow
Washing it Down –This section teaches children about the drinks that keep us hydrated and healthy – with a special emphasis on milk and healthy bones!
Snack – From cheese and crackers to raspberries – this chapter explores snacks that will make both you and your child happy!

***tinyguides TIP***

As you watch the DVD with your children, you might want to pick out foods that will appeal to them, and have those foods in the house.  You can then offer these foods at the next meal, or for especially picky eaters, incorporate eating into the viewing experience to get them to try something new!
